We want you to love your Veloria purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at veloriasingapore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
- We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
Exchanges We currently offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please email us to check availability before sending your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
